Within that, installation and automotive service offerings are important strategic areas of investment, and we are actively innovating in the market on eBay Germany (ebay.de). We are looking to hire a Tires & Parts Installation Lead, who will play an instrumental role in driving installation growth in Germany. The role will manage the operational complexity of install network growth and partner development alongside design, launch, iteration, and scaling of new product experiences. A holistic, end-to-end strategic approach to management of this initiative is required, including securing executive leadership buy-in and alignment, owning key metrics for success, deep diving on opportunity areas, and communicating progress and further growth levers. It is well-suited for someone who is self-motivated and has a high degree of ownership. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners. At eBay, key partners include product, marketing, analytics, account and category management teams, finance, among many others. Outside of eBay, the role will develop deep partnerships and interface regularly with installation networks, aftermarket brands, and independent workshops and chains. The role reports into Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives at eBay Motors. Some travel in Germany will be required. **Responsibilities** - Drive growth for tires and parts installation together with our sellers and partners, including awareness and visibility for installation offerings on and off-site - Continue to evolve the value proposition and assess growth opportunities for installation to better serve buyer, seller, and workshop needs - Grow workshop network and relationships with key partners - Own scorecard development and measure progress against key metrics - Build executive leadership buy-in and alignment and cross-functional support - Represent eBay at industry events, conferences, and at marketing and media events **Requirements**: - English and German language fluency - 6+ years of related business experience, including experience in Automotive sector, such as with aftermarket players, car garages/workshops, or service portals - Industry experience in multinational e-commerce environment preferred - Proven track record of developing a long-term plan and driving execution with a group of peers, paired with agility to adapt to changing circumstances - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tell a compelling story backed by data and using presentation tools.
