Together, we are championing the sustainability of our clients, our organization, and our environment.Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic intellectuals, trailblazers, and visionariesWhat you will accomplish:Manage timely and accurate payroll execution for multiple European countries and entitiesCollaboration with internal and external partners (outsourced payroll vendor, HR, Benefit and Stocks Team, authorities and auditors)Evaluate internal work processes and service deliveries, make recommendations and support implementing changes for improved efficienciesPartner with various teams to improve and streamline processesChip in to payroll relevant projectsEnsure perfect communication with the business and employees and be accountable for delivering on ad hoc queriesAdhere to Things we value and behaviors, and uphold high ethical standardsWhat you will bring:2+ years of professional experience in complex payroll execution, ideally in a shared service environmentKnowledge of regulatory payroll requirements across multiple EMEA countries, including benefits and equityTeam player, highly detail- and goal-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilities, thriving in virtual teams with flexibility and reliabilityAdvanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and Google Workspace; fluent in English, additional languages a plus#LI-SH1Please see the for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
