**Your mission**:

- Define and manage the product roadmap for middleware solutions, ensuring seamless integration between hardware, AI, and real-time UAV operations
- Prioritize feature development, system architecture, and performance optimization for UAV middleware
- Act as the bridge between engineering, AI, embedded, and cloud teams, translating technical requirements into actionable development plans
- Ensure middleware solutions support real-time data processing, secure communication, and AI-driven decision-making
- Work with ROS2, DDS, gRPC, ZeroMQ, and real-time messaging frameworks to optimize UAV operations
- Oversee middleware scalability for edge computing, fleet management, and multi-agent swarm coordination
- Collaborate with stakeholders in defense, aerospace, and AI to align middleware functionalities with mission-critical requirements
- Conduct user testing, system validation, and continuous improvement based on field data and operational feedback

**Your profile**:

- 5+ years experience as a Product Owner, Software Architect, or Middleware Engineer
- Strong expertise in real-time systems, distributed computing, and middleware frameworks (ROS2, DDS, ZeroMQ, Kafka, MQTT, gRPC)
- Background in embedded software, edge AI, or real-time operating systems (RTOS, QNX, FreeRTOS)
- Proficiency in C++, Python, or Rust for middleware development and performance tuning
- Experience in UAV, robotics, or autonomous systems middleware integration
- Strong stakeholder management skills, aligning engineering, business, and defense requirements

Nice to have
- Experience in UAV swarm coordination, sensor fusion, and high-reliability middleware
- Background in military, aerospace, or industrial automation middleware solutions
