What you'll do
- Focus on the requirements description by creating epics and user stories to create a clear basis for the further development of the product
- Prioritization and maintenance of the product backlog and sorting in terms of effort and availability; coordination of the operational product roadmap
- Covering the Product Owner role in Scrum development teams and participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint-reviews and cross-departmental technical coordination meetings
- Identifying market requirements, customer needs and customer experience, e.g. through analyses, surveys and interviews
- Supporting the Head of Product Management in the creation of the strategic product roadmap
- Ensuring user-friendly product descriptions and product structures; providing documentation for review by technical writers
- Close cooperation with Implementation, Application Operations, Technical Consultants, Support and Service to ensure smooth implementation and technical support
- Improving product expertise in the product management team by enabling other technical units to better understand the product

What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a product owner role, (technical) product manager role or technical consulting role.
- Background in the large enterprises segment preferred.
- Technical talent with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead meetings and present to stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English, German preferred
