**Deine Spielwiese**:

- Führung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Business Development Teams
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Lead-Generierung zur Unterstützung unserer Vertriebsziele
- Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Lead-Generierungs-Kampagnen
- Nutzung von Analysetools und CRM-Systemen zur Überwachung und Auswertung der Lead-Generierung

**Dein Profil**:

- 3+ Jahre erfolgreicher Track Record im Bereich B2B Lead-Generierung mit nachweislichen Erfolgen
- Führungserfahrung ist wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend notwendig - wichtig ist vor allem, dass du bereit und motiviert bist, eine Führungsposition zu übernehmen
- Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen und Marketing-Automatisierungstools, idealerweiser mit HubSpot
- Kreativität und Innovationsgeist sowie die Fähigkeit, selbstständig und im Team zu arbeiten
