Lead a business development team and collaborate with our local teams to successfully grow our business in close collaboration with David, our Director Production Europe We are looking for a new Team Lead Business Development Production Europe (f/m/x) to take part in building up the venture throughout several countries in Europe. Take responsibility for ensuring the highest quality of our processes in our production centers by leading a team centered around quality assurance.

Your new role
- Lead the team responsible for quality assurance in our production centers throughout Europe
- Monitor relevant KPIs and assess the performance of our production centers, taking corrective action if necessary
- Analyze target achievements
- Set and communicate quality standards for our production centers throughout Europe
- Own the project pipeline with a team of talented optimizers, making clear project suggestions based on own ideas and analysis, with a clear effort vs impact estimations

Your skills
- Relevant work experience and a strong analytical background, ideally with management and leadership experience
- Strong strategic and data-driven background with proven examples of driving page and/or process optimization
- A good attention to detail, you are well organized and familiar with the technical aspects of (automotive) production processes or quality assurance
- You are able to take data-driven decisions and elaborate reports, always looking for the biggest impact items
- Fluent in English and German
