Your Mission

As our Partnerships Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our further development in the next growth phase through strategic partnerships. You will identify, develop, and manage partnerships with high-value partners and key players in the real estate industry.

Your Responsibilities
- You will identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- You will create and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with company goals
- You will work closely with our Co-Founder & CEO as well as Sales, Marketing and Product teams to ensure a successful partnership strategy and execution
- You will cultivate relationships with high-value customers and partners and serve as their main point of contact
- You will become an expert in sustainability in real estate to identify emerging trends and opportunities for partnership success

Your Profile
- You have 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS scaleups or consulting, providing you with valuable insights into the dynamic nature of the industry
- You have a proven track record of achieving tangible business outcomes through successful partnerships
- You have strong capabilities in delivering results with limited resources, effectively optimizing time and efforts for maximum impact
- You have previously demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate team members
- You are excited about solving climate change and eager to contribute on a high scale

- You are familiar with the real estate industry or related domains, which allows you to leverage specific knowledge and networks in potential partnerships
