**Engineering Team Lead - Ecommerce Scale-up - 100% Remote (De)**
We are recruiting for a scaling SaaS ecommerce software company based in Baden-Württemberg that has established their dominance in a highly competitive market with their product. They are currently looking for an
**Engineering Team Lead** to join the business as part of their growth and ownership of this sector.

The business currently supports over 5000 organizations nationally through their web-based B2B software solution and is consistently growing. Due to the demand for their software solution, there is an upcoming platform expansion which will allow a seamless distribution process between wholesalers and suppliers.

You will have the opportunity to lead a team of senior software engineers by initiating agile processes (Scrum), challenging the senior development team, liaising with internal business orientated stakeholders (sales team). You will also be required to identify gaps within the development processes utilize the business vision and turn it into a tangible roadmap every quarter. You will also be responsible for the timely delivery of new features, the maintenance of existing features and the establishment of high engineering excellence metrics.

**Requirements**:

- You will be responsible for guiding agile software development teams and managing projects from the conceptual stages through the development cycle.
- You will ensure that the development process, architecture, and standards are followed.
- You will also be responsible for the team’s delivery schedule, and cost of the project and minimize roadblocks.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and internal / external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
- The constant drive for improving processes and thinking in long-term and short-term wins.
- Strong Communication Skills in German (must have) & English
