It's all about Infotainment here The Engineering Project Leader (EPjL) role in Aptiv has responsibility to solve on a dedicated project, cross-competency issues within Engineering. This person is the customer interface on technical and engineering timing related topics. Owning the engineering program timing plan, execution of all engineering activities and managing engineering deliverables on time, on cost and on quality.

**Your Tasks**:

- Being the customer interface on technical and engineering timing related topics with related level at customer and cultivating strong relationships within APTIV project team.
- Responsible and owner for Engineering deliverables and timing (HW (ME/EE), Validation, SW, Systems) in collaboration with the Program Management.
- Responsible to prepare and execute Design Reviews according to Engineering Process
- Responsible for coordination and delivery of the product solution hand-over to customer at milestones.
- Owns customer problem troubleshooting and drives corrective action.
- Identifying and driving staffing assignments for the engineering projects.
- Support the evaluation and management of internal and customer technical (product) change requests.

**Your Background**:

- Master's degree or bachelor's degree in engineering with relevant years of experience
- Product Development Process knowledge and experience at bringing technical products to market
preferably in the area of User Experience / Infotainment
- Proficiency on technical reporting and summary
- Planning / organizing skills
- Customer contact experience
- Good English knowledge, German knowledge preferred
- Ability to network & collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Understanding and using Servant Leadership
