An exciting opportunity has arisen for an **Accurate Mass Workflow Specialist - DACH (f/m/d)**. Within this role you will be responsible for driving the accurate mass MS business within either the DACH North (Northern Germany) or the DACH South (Southern Germany, Switzerland & Austria) Sales regions. You will continually develop your business and commercial skills, whilst building upon your technical and scientific knowledge.

This position is part of the EMEA Sales Team and will be located remotely within Germany_._ The Role will report into the Sales Manager within a highly dynamic team of Accurate Mass Workflow Specialists working across the EMEA region.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Leverage your expertise to improve win-rate in the accurate mass MS business.
- Ensure that our clients have the right solutions to enable their success.
- Maintain the latest information on key workflows and market trends.
- Attend and present at scientific conferences and seminars.
- Develop your collaborative skillset by working alongside cross-functional teams and through customers collaborations.
- Contribute to strategic business planning and regional development and growth plans
- Collect Voice of Customer (VOC) and feedback to the organization.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Higher degree in Life Sciences.
- Technical experience in LC-MS/MS.
- Willingness to travel (up to 60%).
- Fluent in German and English.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Hands on accurate mass LC-MS/MS experience.
- Sales Experience.
- Experience within the fields of BioPharma, Pharma or omics.
- Commercial mindset with a results-oriented drive.
