Regional Marketing Associate

Pendo is seeking an experienced Munich-based Regional Marketing Specialist to join our London-based EMEA team. In this role, you will help drive the marketing strategy and execution in DACH to create demand and awareness for Pendo.
Working closely with the DACH sales team, you will create and execute targeted marketing campaigns that nurture leads through the sales funnel. You will be responsible for collaborating proactively with the Global and EMEA marketing teams to ensure you know which marketing activities are live in your region, and presenting on those activities to your regional sales team.
Proven experience in various marketing techniques including online & traditional demand generation marketing is required. As a fast growing company, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of the company and see results from your efforts. Attention to detail is crucial as well as the ability to manage and own projects from conception through follow-up.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Build the regional marketing plan (in collaboration with the EMEA marketing team), and own the KPIs for the region.
- Management of all in-region events (in-person or virtual), including: webinars, workshops, executive dinners, and third party conference sponsorships.
- Collaborate proactively with the Global and EMEA marketing teams to maintain awareness of which campaigns, content, content syndication, digital marketing (Google, LinkedIn), PR, and nurtures are live in your region.
- Lead localization & translation of the above for your region.
- Execute in-region customer, partner, and community marketing.
- Execute in-region ABM programs in close collaboration with the EMEA marketing team.
- Own creation of case studies in your region.
- Manage swag and direct mail for your region.
- Ability to track invoices and manage the regional budget.
- Clone & monitor dashboards in Salesforce and Looker to track, measure, and evaluate program effectiveness/ROI at the country level.
- Work directly with sales across all segments (Enterprise and Commercial) to ensure lead follow-up and conversion.
- Present weekly updates to your local sales team, and quarterly performance updates to the wider EMEA sales team.
- As in-person events and travel resume, this position may occasionally require working or traveling outside of hours (including some weekends) for event setup/prep.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- 3+ years experience in a similar role.
- 3+ years event planning/management experience, both owned and third-party.
- 1+ year experience working with Marketo and Salesforce
- Advanced use of Google Sheets/Excel, Google Slides/Powerpoint.
- Meticulous tracking & organization skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with account-based marketing techniques and platforms.
- Experience with Looker, or similar analytics platforms.
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
- Any other language fluencies

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in London is 50,000 - 60,000 EUROS
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
