**About the Team**

The global marketing team within Private Markets / Real Estate is responsible for the full marketing mix from advertising and branding to presentation management, press, communications and events. Our mission is to support the strategic priorities of the business through a wide range of marketing tools, ensuring our reputation as one of the top global real estate managers. We are a team of eight marketers based in Dallas, London and Munich supporting a 580-strong team based in 21 locations around the world.

**Your role**

We are looking for our next German-speaking Associate Director Marketing - Private Markets (Real Estate) on a 14-month fixed-term contract based in our London office. Within this role you will work with the Global Head of Marketing, to support the Invesco Real Estate (IRE) European business, including the Client Portfolio Management (CPM) team with a full generalist marketing service from press and PR, event management and digital marketing activities and client communication. In addition, act as marketing collateral and branding custodian for the DACH team and investors.

**You will be involved in**:

- Develop, maintain, and produce strategy-specific and general marketing collateral for the DACH-region, working closely with the Branding and Collateral team in London and globally to ensure consistent reflection of our brand, messaging, and compliance requirements. E.g. this includes strategy presentations, product teasers, client specific material, event presentations and white papers.
- Support with the bi-annual production and distribution of the IRE house views, as well as translation of required elements into German language.
- Ensure Invesco Real Estate is transparent, maintains and develops its reputation as a leading global manager in the external marketplace and ensure consistent key messaging supports all that we do globally. Deliver outstanding event experiences for our clients and business partners though support and management of IRE- and third-party in-person and virtual events. Provide a project and event management service to the business for IRE Europe’s attendance / participation at real estate events such as ExpoReal, MIPIM and IRE’s annual client conference.
- Close collaboration with our PR agency to deliver a well-rounded PR service to the European business across all tools such as press releases, commentary/interviews, magazine-related events, press articles.
- Produce digital communication for both corporate and fund specific communications for European and Global clients. Manage from design to compliance and distribution. Further strengthen our digital marketing capabilities, global consistent use of client data, marketing automation processes and marketing analytics findings in Salesforce and Pardot.

**You’ll need**:

- Prior meaningful work experience with relevant marketing qualifications, in a comparable position in an international business environment, ideally within real estate investment management or financial services.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in German. Must be proficient in English
- Creative flair and an eye for design, with excellent attention to detail.
- Computer literate: MS office, with advanced knowledge of MS Powerpoint and Salesforce / Pardot.
- Excellent organisational skills and efficient work style
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to complete tasks within required deadlines
- Standout colleague, but able to work independently with good interpersonal and communications skills
