**Job overview**:
The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Head of Marketing as well as the local & global Marketing team to develop and implement marketing projects that raise brand awareness and help build relationships with clients and influencers, including the adaptation of content, digital/Social Media marketing campaigns, conferences and events, and public relations. The Marketing Associate will be working with different levels and departments, which requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will develop and implement high-impact marketing projects that raise brand awareness for Oliver Wyman in Germany & Austria across different industries and build stronger relationships with clients, prospects and influencers
- You will assist in enhancing Oliver Wyman’s media and social media presence
- You will support in the development and implementation of high-profile events
- You will follow local industry trends and provide competitive intelligence
- You will monitor, measure and analyze the effectiveness of Marketing initiatives and provide appropriate reporting and status updates to local Partners and Marketing colleagues

**Who we are looking for**:

- 3 years proven experience in B2B marketing function in professional services or agency
- Excellent communication and strong writing and editing skills in German and English
- Expertise in crafting and editing engaging content across multiple channels (print, social media, web, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Team player who has an appetite for learning and ability to work with little guidance
- Sense of humor and ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
