**Job overview**:
The Senior Associate will work closely with the partner and consultant group in Germany & Austria and the global Marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives that raise brand awareness and help build relationships with clients and influencers, including the adaptation of marketing content, social media & digital campaigns, events and public relations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will develop and implement high-impact marketing and communication initiatives that raise brand awareness for Oliver Wyman in Germany & Austria across different industries. Build stronger relationships with clients, prospects and influencers, leveraging all marketing channels
- You will support the creation and adaptation of marketing content
- You will develop and implement high-impact events and identify opportunities for strategic partnerships
- You will build the firm’s local media and social media presence and work closely with local and global teams (marketing, employer branding, Alumni) to support more targeted brand initiatives
- You will monitor, measure, and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide appropriate reporting and status updates to partners and marketing colleagues
- You will follow industry trends and provide competitive intelligence

**Who we are looking for**:

- 3-5 years proven experience in B2B marketing/communication in professional services and/or on the agency side
- German native speaker, fluent in English; Excellent communication and writing/editing skills
- Proven track record in content marketing; Experience in working internationally
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good relationships to influencers
- Ability to interact with people at all levels within the organization and part of a team in a collaborative fashion globally
- A strong project manager able to work independently and in teams to create, manage, and meet deadlines
- Pragmatic self-starter who has an appetite for learning and ability to work with little guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong team player and sense of ownership
- Sense of humor and ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
