**Your responsibilities**
- You support of the CXO team as cross-department topics and coordinate between the management of CX department as well as CX teams
- You support in the preparation of content for CX projects as well as management of decision papers and meeting minutes for committees and regulatory meetings
- You support in Events/Wokshops Organization and Planning
- You provide structural and organizational support in processes and tools managament like Sharepoint folders, Confluence spaces and much more
- You support in Department cost cotrolling and reporting operational metrics
- You support in solving cross-channels interdependencies
- You work closely together with the whole CX department teams to support in planning & executing projects

**What you bring along**
- You are studying Business Administration, International Management, Media and Communication Sciences or a comparable course of studies in your late Bachelor degree or Master degree
- You are confident in handling MS-Office & Atlassian (Confluence), especially to illustrate complex issues in a comprehensible way
- You like to laugh and can focus on achieving targets at the same time
- You work team-oriented & in communicative working-style
- You have a confident appearance, quick perception, and you are a organizational talent
- You have pro-active and extra-mile attitude
- You are fluent in English and German (optional). Any other language is a plus
