Internship HR People Experience

**Your task**:
Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - as an intern (M/F/d) you will benefit in any case from an attractive remuneration and flexible working hours. You will support the team with the following responsible tasks:

- Assist in researching, designing, and developing AI use cases in Human Resources that incorporate data engineering techniques and best practices
- Contribute to the conceptualization and development of concrete business cases and proof of concepts for AI use cases
- Collaborate with the AI and data engineering teams to collect, clean, and preprocess data for model training and validation
- Shaping the IT tool landscape, managing and optimizing existing tools while exploring innovative new solutions
- Expedite data infrastructure tasks such as data collection, storage, and processing to support AI initiatives in Human Resources
- Enable an Agile Way of Working via supporting roles in Agile Rituals

**Your Profile**:
You have completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Business Administration, Business Information Systems (“Wirtschaftsinformatik”), Engineering, Data Science and are currently studying at a university with the aim of obtaining a master's degree.

In addition, you ideally have knowledge or skills concerning:

- Solid understanding of AI concepts and basic understanding of machine learning fundamentals
- Basic experience in programming languages such as Python, R, or others commonly used in AI development
- Familiarity with AI frameworks/libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of data engineering principles, including data collection, cleaning, transformation, and storage databases (SQL, NoSQL) is advantageous
- Confident handling of MS Office (esp. PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g. Miro)
- Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
