EDI Coordindator  (m/f/d)

As a key member of our SAP Team, you ensure that critical information flows seamlessly to the right place at the right time, enabling efficient supply chains, reliable IT operations and successful international collaboration. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic impact, giving you the opportunity to drive meaningful change across the organization. 

This is what you can expect 
 

• Define and establish the global EDI organization structure
• Lead cross-functional coordination between business units, IT and external partners
• Oversee and continuously improve existing EDI solutions
• Ensure system reliability, data integrity and timely issue resolution
• Define and enforce global EDI standards, policies and regulatory compliance
• Maintain documentation and governance frameworks
• Develop and deliver training programs for key users and process experts
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for EDI-related topics
• Drive the global EDI strategy in alignment with business and IT goals
• Collaborate closely with the SAP Center of Competence (SAP CC) and provide third-level support

 
 
This is what you need to be successful in this role
 

• A degree in Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification 
• Experience in EDI coordination or similar integration roles, ideally in an international environment
• Familiarity with SAP systems and integration points
• Strong understanding of EDI protocols (e.g., EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML) and middleware tools
• Strategic thinking and the ability to support and drive change initiatives
• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives
• Fluency in German and English
