It is all about people At our headquarters in Munich, we are further strengthening our People Team and are looking for an experienced People Business Partner (M/F/d) as sparring partner for business leaders and our Spatialists globally. The team's mission this year

As the global People and Culture compass, we enable our existing and future Spatialists to grow, succeed and make an impact. We make up the backbone of NavVis.

How you will make an impact
- You will be the global sparring partner for the managers of ‘your’ departments for People and Organizational topics
- You will coach on and actively support people development, performance, and organizational changes across ‘your’ departments and drive people initiatives in line with our business and people strategy
- You will advise and coach managers on employee and team related matters
- You will work with our Spatialists on their career development & aspirations to help them strive within NavVis
- You will proactively and in close cooperation with the entire People Team shape strategic People processes and projects to enable our international growth and ensure NavVis is an attractive inclusive place to strive

What will help you succeed in the role
- With several years of experience in a People Business Partner role, preferably in an international fast-growing tech environment, you will be well-equipped to partner with the entire People Team and managers globally
- With your experience in the design and implementation of People processes, e.g. in the areas of Engagement, L&D, Comp&Ben, you will have the perfect background to strengthen and scale our important strategic People management setup
- Your passion about shaping a partially still 'greenfield' environment will enable you to strive in our dynamic environment
- Your expertise in German employment and labor law practices (additional countries would be a plus) as well as experience in people processes and operations will significantly help you in this role
- Your excellent communication, hands-on mentality and collaboration skills will allow you to manage various internal stakeholders, and bring your projects to success
- Your strong communication skills in written and spoken English and German will allow you to communicate effectively with your global stakeholders
