YOUR IMPACT
As a People Partner, you will play a critical role in designing and executing on scalable frameworks for performance and development, while operating within our People team and contributing towards building HR structures fit for our scaling stage and culture. By combining strategic insight with operational excellence, you will ensure that our people are equipped to deliver on our mission.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design, establish, and continuously improve HR processes and frameworks tailored to the organizational aspects of learning, development and people relations
Deliver both hands-on and strategic HR support to our Team Leads as the company scales and complexity grows
Serve as a trusted partner to all our team members on labour law and people topics
Shape and implement practical HR solutions that work in a fast-moving and evolving business context
Partner closely with other teams within and outside the People team (e.g. recruiting, legal, etc.) to ensure alignment and consistency
WHO YOU ARE
Experienced in senior HR/People Partner roles, ideally with a dual focus on talent management/ learning and development on the one and German labour law on the other hand
Proven ability to design and scale performance and development systems/frameworks in fast-growing, complex organisations
Able to combine a hands-on mentality with strategic thinking skills while thinking outside of the box and on a first-principle basis - what you have done in other companies in the past may not work here
Skilled at identifying needs, designing pragmatic solutions, and implementing them effectively
Demonstrate initiative, resilience, and a willingness to embrace change
Strong communicator and collaborator, confident across all organisational levels
Excellent written and spoken English, German is desirable
