THE CHALLENGE:
- Provide strategic and operational HR support to all line managers and employees based in Munich
- Formulate effective and valued partnerships with local leaders to drive the deployment of people activities & initiatives, employee engagement and a performance-driven culture
- Support global people activities & cycles (i.e. budgeting, performance management, talent development initiatives, reward & compensation, onboarding and exit processes)
- Work together with HR colleagues in other offices in Germany (Bremen & Gera) to develop processes, policies and procedures in line with the company's growth and strategy
- Support organization growth with effective headcount management and partner with the talent acquisition team to drive recruitment and reporting requirements to the business
- Develop strategies to build employee engagement and sense of community for the company in Munich
- Maintains in depth knowledge of German employment law requirements, and applies this knowledge to monitor and update German employment and immigration policies, liaising with the legal department where necessary
- Ensure personnel administration accuracy, prepare and coordinate the monthly payroll (specialist services provided by an external company)
- Represents the organization People Services at external forums and maintains effective relationships with external partners (agencies, lawyers, training providers, benefits administrators etc)
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor´s/Master´s degree in HRM or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR Business Partner role in a fast-growing international and matrix organization
- Familiar with German employment law, social security & tax
- Strong commercial astuteness and proven experience in partnering senior business leaders
- Ability to think strategically and translate into operational effectiveness and added business value
- Excellent English and German communication skills, both written and spoken
