eleven teamsports GmbH was founded in Crailsheim in 2007 and, with over 2.5 million customers, is the largest online store for soccer and team sports in German-speaking countries. The company is headquartered in Satteldorf. Our soccer cosmos includes numerous stores in the DACH region and in Eastern Europe. The 11teamsports Group employs more than 1,000 people.

**Your Tasks**:

- Execute 11teamsports’ social media content plan across platforms in alignment with the brand vision and objectives, collaborating closely with the Head of Brand Communications.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging, platform-specific content that highlights 11teamsports’ products, campaigns, athletes, and storytelling.
- Act as the brand’s voice on social, ensuring a consistent tone, style, and messaging across all placements.
- Lead community engagement by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering conversations to strengthen the brand’s connection with the football and sports community.
- Cover key games, grassroots tournaments, and cultural moments, providing real-time content, athlete collaborations, and event highlights.
- Support content production during pro player shootings, from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality storytelling that drives engagement.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform innovations, and content best practices to keep 11teamsports at the forefront of sports culture on social media.
- Collaborate with brand content, campaign, ambassador, country, and paid social teams to bring global and local campaigns to life.
- Track, analyze, and report on social performance, leveraging insights to optimize strategy and content delivery.

**Your Profile**:

- Fluent in German and English.
- Experience in social media marketing, ideally within the sports, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or agency sector.
- Deep understanding of the Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ecosystems, including latest features and best practices.
- Hands-on content creation skills (short-form video editing, copywriting, basic graphic design).
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Later).
- Passion for football, sports culture, and digital storytelling.
- Proactive, creative, and strategic thinker with a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
