**Global Brand Strategy & Architecture**
- Elevate the Narrative: Lead the evolution of our global brand positioning and narrative, ensuring our unique value proposition is clear, compelling, and consistent across all international markets.
- Creative Direction: Own and define the next generation of our visual and verbal identity guidelines. Serve as the ultimate creative director, ensuring all output is high-quality, on-brand, and globally consistent while allowing for regional nuance.
- Pragmatic Scaling: Develop a brand governance model that supports scale and efficiency without sacrificing creative quality or consistency.
**Content Strategy & Production Leadership**
- Own the Content Strategy & Execution: Define and execute a global content strategy that establishes SoSafe as the leading voice.
- Content to Funnel: Ensure content is strategically mapped to the customer journey (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU), driving measurable brand lift and pipeline velocity.
**International Communications & Public Voice**
- Integrated Campaign Design: Develop and implement integrated communications plans that support business goals across Europe.
- Executive Advocacy: Oversee PR, media relations, and high-stakes communications. Advise and prepare executives for public appearances, keynotes, and media engagements, ensuring alignment with the core SoSafe mission.
- Flagship Ownership: Own and elevate the Human Firewall Conference into a globally recognized, branded thought leadership event, driving increasing industry recognition year over year.
**Team Leadership & Business Impact**
- Team Empowerment: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing, multidisciplinary team spanning Brand, Design, Social Media, and Communications. Instill a culture of creative excellence, autonomy, and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with People & Culture, GTM, and Product Marketing to seamlessly embed the brand story into product launches, talent attraction, sales enablement, and customer experience.
- Data-Driven Impact: Define and report on clear brand performance metrics (brand awareness, branded search, share of voice) and connect them directly to business outcomes (lead quality, customer trust, and talent pipeline).

- You will have led the successful evolution of our brand, resulting in a significant and measurable increase in brand awareness and share of voice in target markets.
- A unified, compelling visual and verbal identity is consistently deployed and driving clear recognition, reinforcing our position as the European leader.
- Your strategy delivers a measurable uplift in brand-driven traffic and lead quality, proving the direct return on investment for brand building.
- Your team is empowered, highly functional, and delivering creative output that sets a new bar for the cybersecurity industry.
**What makes you a great fit**:
- 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative direction, and communications, with proven success in leading cross-functional teams in a high pace environment.
- You have experience leading large-scale content production and know how to work with a constellation of freelancers, agencies, and creators.
- Strategic Storyteller: You possess a rare ability to translate complex B2B concepts (e.g., behavioral science, human risk) into clear, emotionally resonant narratives and campaigns.
- Tech & B2B SaaS Scale-Up Experience: Proven track record in a B2B SaaS, managing brand strategy across multiple international regions.
- Pragmatic & Creative: You are comfortable working with ambiguity, moving quickly, and iterating (test & learn), while always pushing for creative excellence and high production quality.
- Excellent Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for both the big picture and the critical details required for brand consistency.
- Data Literacy: You use data not just to report, but to optimize brand campaigns and effectively link creative spend to business growth.
- A collaborative and empathetic leader who builds strong, trusted relationships across organizational boundaries.
