- to join our team working for a better future.- The preferred location for the position is in** Hamburg, Germany**.**What you will be doing**

**As Coordinator Transportations your work will focus on these responsibilities**:

- On time, proper and legally compliant commissioning, coordination, and control of shipments for all modes of transport.
- Handling special and emergency shipping requests and designing transport solutions for individual requirements.
- Coordination of all parties involved in the supply chain, including internal departments and external service providers according to customer requirements.
- Communication with service providers, customers, suppliers, and authorities in German and English.
- Creation of transport documentation and statements as requested.
- Tracking of shipments and proactive management in case of issues and delays.
- Planning, management, and control of future volumes, efforts, and capacities internally and externally.
- Compliance with and control of all legal and internal company regulations.
- Carrying out worldwide customs clearance and, if necessary, managing it through service providers.
- Internal and external consulting on logistics, transport, tax, customs and trade finance.
- Handling of hazardous materials.
- Key user activities for software rollouts and maintenance.
- Checking incoming invoices for compliance with negotiated rates and market conditions.

**To be successful in this role we expect you to have**:

- Apprenticeship in Forwarding
- Experience in working with international teams
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proactive communication
- Key user and project tasks as needed
- Strong prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 20%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.**Why you and us?**
