We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to guide our SMB New Business Sales team. This is an important role with direct influence on our growth in the DACH region. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for a team of 6 talented Account Executives, with plans to expand as the business grows.

**What you'll do**:
- **Lead and Inspire**:Coach, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing sales professionals, fostering a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- **Drive Growth**: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets within the SMB market in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- **Scale the Team**:Actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as we expand our footprint.
- **Master the Market**:Stay at the forefront of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine our sales approach.
- **Data-Driven Decisions**:Utilize sales data and analytics to track performance, provide accurate forecasting, and make informed decisions to optimise team productivity.
- **Collaborate for Success**:Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey.
**What you bring to the table**:
- **Proven Leadership**: Experience leading and scaling successful B2B sales teams in high-velocity environments.
- **DACH Market Expertise**: Strong knowledge of the SMB landscape in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- **High-Velocity Sales Experience**:Background in SMB sales, high-volume deals, or short sales cycles. You know how to close quickly while keeping a healthy pipeline.
- **Field Sales Know-How (a plus)**: Experience managing field or hybrid sales teams is highly valued.
- **Strategic Mindset**:Able to develop clear plans and translate strategy into action.
- **Inspirational Coach**:Skilled at coaching and developing sales talent.
- E**xceptional Communicator**:Fluent in German and English.
- **Results-Oriented**:Proven record of exceeding targets and driving growth.
- **Mobility Enthusiast (a plus)**:Interest in shaping the future of business mobility.
