In dieser Rolle sorgst du dafür, dass noch mehr Unternehmen auf uns aufmerksam werden und trägst damit maßgeblich zum Wachstum unserer Pipeline und unseres gesamten Vertriebs bei.Gewinne hier einen ersten Eindruck zu unserem Sales TeamWarum diese Rolle wichtig istUnser SDR-Team ist der Motor unserer Pipeline. Ihr seid der erste Touchpoint für potenzielle Kund:innen und legt den Grundstein für jeden Deal.Als Team Lead steuerst du diesen Motor. Du entwickelst Talente, etablierst skalierbare Prozesse und baust eine starke Performance-Kultur auf.Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, AEs und dem Director of Sales zusammen und hast volle Sichtbarkeit bis zum CRO.Deine AufgabenFühren & EntwickelnDu coachst, motivierst und entwickelst ein wachsendes SDR-Team (aktuell 8 Personen).Du etablierst gesunde, skalierbare Sales-Gewohnheiten und förderst eine Kultur von Feedback, Ownership & Weiterentwicklung.Pipeline & PerformanceDu entwickelst datengetriebene Multichannel-Outreach-Strategien (E-Mail, Call, LinkedIn, Video etc.)Du übersetzt Strategie in klare, wiederholbare Playbooks für die SMB- & Mid-Market-Segmente.Du steuerst zentrale KPIs (Aktivität, Conversion, Pipeline Value) und optimierst kontinuierlich.Scaling & HiringDu identifizierst, interviewst und gewinnst neue SDR-Talente.Du sorgst für ein strukturiertes Onboarding – neue Kolleg:innen sind in
