**We're hiring: Field Sales Territory Manager (Berlin)**:
Location: Berlin, Germany
Contract: Permanent, full-time

Now we're looking for a Field Sales Territory Manager to drive our growth in Berlin and build a high-performing local sales force.

Your Mission
- Lead from the front: Sell SumUp's POS and payment solutions in the field.
- Build & coach: Recruit and develop 10-15 commission-based Field Sales Reps.
- Scale impact: Grow our presence across Berlin and beyond.
- Drive performance: Set ambitious goals, track KPIs, and celebrate success.
- Be the market expert: Represent SumUp locally and share insights with HQ.

We're looking for someone who
- Has proven experience in field sales / direct sales.
- Knows how to lead and motivate commission-based teams.
- Is entrepreneurial, resilient, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Understands the needs of small businesses and merchants.
- Speaks fluent German and English.
