We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Bremen or Hamburg, Germany. This is a permanent, full-time position.
In this role, you will identify, attract, and hire top talent, primarily within our Commercial teams, but also supporting recruitment across our entire group, which spans multiple countries and functions. You will be part of our global People & Culture team, made up of around 20 professionals across seven countries.
Altogether, we are almost 600 Epassians, and we're growing rapidly
**Key Responsibilities**:
Hands-on recruitment, including developing and executing recruitment strategies. Recruitments will be located in Germany and across Europe. They will include a diverse set of positions across all functions and levels.
Participate in projects that enhance our employer brand
Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
Participate in projects that enhance our employer brand
Analyze recruitment metrics and data to continuously improve the recruitment process
**You will be a great fit if you have**:
3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international, growth organization
Commercial recruitment experience
Proficiency in recruitment tools and software
Ability to adapt to changing hiring needs and priorities
Experience in developing an employer brand
Fluency in English and German
Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with regular on-site days at our office
A vision for excellence and the ability to build and develop processes as needed
