Während des Volontariats sind Sie Teil unseres Corporate Communications Newsrooms. Innerhalb der Ausbildung absolvieren Sie die Grundausbildung zum Kommunikationsberater/in (dapr).
Ihre Aufgaben- Recherchieren, Schreiben und Produzieren von Beiträgen unterschiedlicher journalistischer Darstellungsformen und -gattungen für alle Kommunikationskanäle von TRUMPF, u.a. Website, Intranet, Magazine, Social Media- Mitarbeit an Kommunikationskampagnen, -events und Sonderthemen; zum Beispiel zum 100jährigen Firmenjubiläum- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern, wie Agenturen, Fotografen, Content Creators und Druckereien- Begleitung verschiedener Projekte der Unternehmenskommunikation und Unterstützung der laufenden Prozesse der Abteilung sowie des Zentralbereichs Unternehmenskommunikation, Politik und Marke
Was wir suchen- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise der Kommunikationswissenschaften- Medien
- oder PR-Erfahrung, idealerweise durch eine kontinuierliche freie Mitarbeit während des Studiums in der Unternehmenskommunikation- hohe Affinität zu Sozialen Medien und Trends in der Kommunikation- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Content Management Systemen, idealerweise Typo3- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift- gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Office365, Adobe Standardsoftware- hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Freude an selbstständiger Arbeit- Vermögen, technische und komplexe Sachverhalte anschaulich darzustellen- Freude daran, sich in unterschiedliche Teams einzubringen und interkulturell zu arbeiten
