Während des Studiums bei TRUMPF durchstarten – Innovation entdecken und Technik gestalten

Übernehmen Sie spannende Projekte, bringen Sie Ihre Ideen aktiv ein und arbeiten Sie eng mit erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen. Neben individueller Betreuung erwarten Sie zahlreiche Angebote speziell für Studierende, die Ihre persönliche und fachliche Entwicklung fördern. Sammeln Sie wertvolle praktische Erfahrungen, erweitern Sie Ihr Netzwerk und gestalten Sie mit uns die Technologien von morgen

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Mitarbeit bei einzelnen strategischen Projekten

  • Unterstützung bei inhaltlicher Umsetzung von (Teil-)projekten und deren Steuerung

  • Durchführung von Analysen (z.B. Märkte, Wettbewerber und Geschäftsmodelle)

  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Präsentationen für die Strategiearbeit

  • Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Management-Meetings und -Workshops

  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensstrategie, deren Kommunikation und des jährlichen Zieleimplementierungsprozesses

  • Unterstützung der M&A und AI Abteilungen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Masterstudium der Fachrichtung Wirtschafts-, Natur- oder Ingenieurswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs

  • Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung in Projektarbeit und/oder Strategieentwicklung

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Eigenmotivation
