**Meine Aufgaben**
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
- Budgetverantwortung für die Kostenstellen der Q-Unit und Betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerung der Quality Unit
- Definition der Qualitätspolitik und Qualitätsziele sowie Sicherstellung der Umsetzung
- Weiterentwicklung der Quality Unit sowie Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotential bei Prozessen und Strukturen und deren Umsetzung
- Erstellen von qualitätsrelevanten KPIs und Verantwortung für die Erreichung der vereinbarten Qualitätsziele
- Wahrnehmung von operativen GMP Aufgaben gemeinsam mit der zuständigen sachkundigen Person und dem zuständigen Leiter der Herstellung
- Aktive Mitgliedschaft im Site Leadership Team zur gemeinsamen Weiterentwicklung des Werkes
- Funktionsübergreifende Leitung und Mitarbeit in Projekten
- Stellvertretender Leiter der Qualitätskontrolle

**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Promotion
- Profunde strategische und operative Führungserfahrung im Qualitätsbereich unter GMP
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Qualitätsaudits, idealerweise Ausbildung zum Qualitätsauditor
- Erfahrungen im Vertragswesen (QSV, VAV)
- Fließende Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
