Your Tasks:

You are part of the Cloud Delivery Leadership team and are leading organizational and process changes for the product delivery organization. In order to be successful, you have support from your agile office team and the quality assurance team. You are an innovator, challenger and change agent.
Further accountabilities include but are not limited to:

- Continuous Improvement of the Cloud-Delivery Product Development processes, scaled agile Organization, CI-CD-Processes and tools, Behavior Driven Development (BDD) testing.
- The counterpart to security and architecture.
- Lead the Agile Office and Quality Assurance Team.

We Appreciate:

- Experience in structuring and improving scaled agile organizations (7-20 teams).
- Multi-year experience as a Release Train Engineer or Scrum of Scrums Master.
- You have already lead teams and have coached team members.
- Strong quality assurance background and ISTQB knowledge, test automation and CI/CD tooling.
- Cloud Services experience as a User of AWS, GCP or Azure.
- You speak English and German fluently, while English is mandatory.
- Leadership and social influence.
- Critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Reasoning, Ideation and problem-solving.
