**Team Lead Creative & Campaign Management (w/m/d)**:
**Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören...**:

- Du leitest unser internes Kreativteam aus brillanten UX/UI-Designern, Content-Managern und Kommunikationsexperten
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Koordination, Qualität und termingerechte Lieferung von Kreativ
- und Kampagnenproduktionen über alle Kundenkontaktpunkte hinweg (Business Units, Marketing, CRM, UX)
- Du bist verantwortlich für kreative Stilrichtlinien und Kommunikationskonzepte für alle Marken und Initiativen
- Du verantwortest und leitest markenübergreifende Kampagneninitiativen vom Konzept bis zur Umsetzung
- Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle zwischen dem Kreativteam (Produktion) und den internen Stakeholdern (Anforderern).
- Du erleichterst die Kommunikation, gehst auf Bedenken ein und stellst sicher, dass Erwartungen, Zeitpläne und Ergebnisse abteilungsübergreifend abgestimmt sind.
- Du priorisierst Projekte auf der Grundlage ihrer Auswirkungen auf das Geschäft und ihrer Komplexität.
- Du hinterfragst und erkundest ständig neue Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der internen kreativen Prozesse und der Kampagneneffizienz
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Content
- und Kampagnenkalender und stellst sicher, dass alle produzierten Kreativprodukte der Markenstrategie und den spezifischen Konzepten entsprechen

- hast einen Hochschulabschluss in einem kreativen Bereich, Marketing, Kommunikation oder etwas Vergleichbarem
- Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen kreative Produktion, Marketingkommunikation, Kampagnenmanagement oder Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld hast
- hast bereits Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung oder in der Leitung funktionsübergreifender Teams
- bist ein Profi im Setzen von Prioritäten bei mehreren Projekten, ohne dabei die Fristen aus den Augen zu verlieren
- verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hast keine Angst vor direkter Kommunikation und konstruktiven Diskussionen
- hast Deutschkenntnisse auf professionellem Niveau
- bist kreativ und zielorientiert
- bist ein echter Teamplayer und hast eine kundenorientierte Denkweise
