**Team Lead Creative & Campaign Management (f/m/d)**

**Your responsibilities include...**
- You lead our in-house creative team of brilliant UX/UI designers, content managers, and communications experts
- You are responsible for the coordination, quality, and on-time delivery of creative & campaign production across all customer touchpoints (Business Units, Marketing, CRM, UX)
- You own creative style guides and communication concepts across all brands and initiatives
- You own and lead cross-brand campaign initiatives from concept to execution
- You are the single point of contact between the creative team (production) and internal stakeholders (requesters).
- You facilitate communication, address concerns, and ensure alignment on expectations, timelines, and outcomes across departments.
- You prioritize projects based on business impact and complexity
- You continuously challenge and explore new ways to enhance internal creative processes and campaign efficiency
- You own the content and campaign calendars and ensure all produced creatives comply with brand strategy and specific concepts

**Chances are, you’re a great fit if you...**
- Have a university degree in the creative field, marketing, communications, or something comparable
- Have 3+ years of experience in creative production, marketing communications, campaign management, or project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Have prior experience in people management or cross-functional team leadership
- Are an ace at prioritizing among multiple projects without losing sight of the deadlines
- Have great communication skills and are not afraid of direct communication, and constructive discussions
- Have German on professional level
- Are creative at heart and objective-oriented in mind
- Are a true team player and have a customer-centric mindset
