Team Lead Marketing Design

**JOIN OUR TEAM**:
As **Team Lead Marketing Design**, you will join our creative & communications team to lead a group of designers in crafting visually impactful assets across diverse marketing channels. In this pivotal role, you’ll combine a sharp sense for current visual culture with strong organisational and leadership skills to ensure creative excellence aligned with our brand. You will report directly to the VP Creative & Communications. This position is **unlimited** and is based in **Munich**.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- manage, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of 5 graphic and motion designers, translating overarching creative direction into actionable visual concepts while fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture grounded in creative excellence and attention to detail
- stay informed on the evolving role of AI in design and marketing workflows, while remaining deeply connected to design trends, cultural movements, and zeitgeist aesthetics to integrate ethical AI tools and culturally relevant ideas that enhance creativity, efficiency, and brand freshness
- partner with marketing teams (e.g. social media, paid media, SEA) to understand campaign goals and craft tailored visual assets for each channel
- oversee team capacity, workflows, and timelines while maintaining a holistic view of ongoing and upcoming initiatives to align creative resources with marketing and business objectives throughout the year
- confidently contribute to design tasks when needed, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- champion a culture of innovation, inspiration, and continuous learning, encouraging experimentation and curiosity across the team
- act as a trusted creative advisor, bringing strategic thinking and aesthetic clarity to diverse internal stakeholders

**YOU COME WITH**:

- proven experience leading creative or design teams, ideally in a marketing or in-house brand setting
- strong grasp of marketing channels and campaign dynamics
- high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- excellent organisational and communication skills, with a knack for balancing structure and creativity
- a proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to nurture and challenge designers to reach their potential
- strong time management skills, with experience juggling multiple projects and priorities
