Your Tasks
- Take a data-driven approach to build a strategy, plan, develop, and execute projects to bring UI/UX improvements in collaboration with our design team, developers and Director of E-commerce.
- Monitor the competitor landscape, examine strategies of best-in-class ecommerce companies, make recommendations and manage implementation of new features across our website with new shopify apps, tools and developments.
- Using an entrepreneurial mindset to expand the horizons of ecommerce and consequently improve company KPIs like profit margins, AOV, conversion rate
- Undertake a proactive approach to audit digital properties to identify any bugs, improve SEO and display of the wide assortment of products
- Managing our Shopify stores to make sure the website runs smoothly while leading and managing tech developments to support and improve processes in the company
- You are a strategic driver and executor for upcoming campaigns, promotions and new product launches in close collaboration with the Performance Marketing and the Brand Team
- Directly work on solutions with the Director of eCommerce and the Founder/CEO and thereby experience significant personal growth and development
- Management and development of the current ecommerce team of in-house developer, external developer and shopify support people to have maximum efficiency and efficacy; while hiring more people if needed.
- Active communication and participation in getting together with team leads of Operations, Brand and Design to prioritise, plan and strategize tasks for the week

Your Profile
- You are open to rapid change, and work actively on new projects
- You are a team worker, but also someone who can take things in your own hands, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty to get things done in the hour of need.
- You are a perfectionist and everything on the website feels personal to you, thus you find ways of prioritising important projects but also find the capacity to make sure the smallest of details on the website are beautiful
- You are entrepreneurial and love questioning the status quo, and bringing new ideas and projects to improve it
- Data is important to your core and you align with the company’s goals in every project you undertake to work towards maximum efficiency and impact
- You have a strong hold of Shopify and have at least 1-2 years of experience
- You have experience managing teams and preferably working with developers
- You have great project management skills and have the ability to lead the project from its inception to its finish
- Degree from an accredited university
