For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a**Sales Planner (M/F/d)**

Your new job includes
- As a Sales Planner (M/F/d) you are an important interface of the Sales department for Supply Chain Management, Category Management & Purchasing. In particular you will be- optimize the planning and tracking of demand surpluses and shortages as well as customer
- and location-specific influencing factors
- create and validate rolling customer and location forecasts and develop efficient customer/location ordering behavior for the distribution of scarce stock (allocation)
- be responsible for the initial planning of forecast quantities for new customers & new openings as well as ensuring general inventory management and inventory transparency towards locations and customers
- be the central contact person in the department on the topics of forecasting in procurement as well as the main spokesperson for downstream departments
- analyze sales volumes and derive measures to increase the service level
- participate in the further development of inbound and outbound processes as well as in internal sales trainings

What you should bring along
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales or another commercial area related to planning and merchandise management
- Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
- Practical experience in planning/sales processes, ideally as a sales planner
- Great interest in interface work and an affinity for process optimization
- Very good knowledge of English and Microsoft Excel, previous knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- An independent, structured, proactive and result-oriented way of working
