Join our great Demand Planning team and drive the Leather Business with cross-functional touchpoints in Merchandising, Category Management, Production and Sales

**How you will leave your mark**:
Responsible for the global availability of the Leather Categories, such as Large/Medium/Small Leather Goods, Luggage and Belts:
Global Sales Forecast by article and execution of the monthly forecasting process (S&OP) for sales / stocks / supply

Monthly presentation of the sales & operations planning incl. approval by management (S&OP/PIC Meeting).

Supporting the budget planning for the categories and phasing of the sales & stock planning

Calculation of net demands and determination of the supply needs; maintenance of the planning parameters and calculation of reorder points / safety stocks for the Global Distribution Center

Monitoring the global launch performance and initiating of actions, if needed

Managing the discontinuation phase to minimize the stock risk at the end of the lifecycle

**How you will experience success with us**:
Good analytical capabilities

Good mathematical skills

Established economical and/or technical experience and education (e.g. economics, SCM, engineer,)

Experience in SCM, inventory planning etc. of advantage

Knowledge in SAP APO or similar planning systems of advantage

Knowledge in SAP R/3 MM, PP, SD of advantage

Fluent English; Italian language skills of advantage

Presentation skills
