(Sr.) Procurement Specialist

What you will do
- Negotiate quotes & contracts with equipment suppliers
- Assure timely sourcing contribution to milestone gates
- Initiate and drive the supplier selection process
- Take care of operational procurement
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with suppliers
- Manage stakeholder group
- Realize cost reductions / alternate sourcing
- Conduct procurement analytics
- Supplier Performance Management incl. SRS Rating and related Supplier Review Meetings
- Project Management

What you will need
- Master´s degree with minimum 3 years´ procurement experience or equivalent is required
- Strong project management skills
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Result driven working approach
- Strong presentation skills
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English, both oral and written
- Team builder / player, hands on worker
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple activities at one time
- Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint presentation, SAP, BW and data analytical skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills on an international level
