(Sr.) Procurement Specialist

About the job:
The (Senior) Procurement Specialist will be part of a high caliber Global Procurement team and will have the responsibility for local Facility, end to end deliveries & Non Product Related activities.
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is required, preferred in semiconductor or automotive environment. Good understanding of working in a multi-site environment is preferred.

- Local operational Procurement Support
- Facility Management (CapEx/OpEx) end to end delivery support
- Negotiation of quotes & contracts
- Procurement Analytics
- Supplier Management activities
- Supplier Performance Management incl. SRS Rating and related Supplier Review Meetings
- Lead Procurement Projects qualifying alternative Sources
- Benchmarking / ERFQs / Cost Reduction activity
- Project Management / Supplier Qualification planning
This is you:
- Master’s degree in a business/management related study or equivalent is required
- Minimum 3 years procurement experience
- Negotiation and Analytical Skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written
- Team builder / player, hands on worker
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple activities at one time
- Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint presentation and data analytical skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills on an international level
