Aid Pioneers believes in the power of local ideas. We are a young Berlin based NGO that supports local organizations in the Middle East and Africa to scale their impact. We are committed to driving positive change by giving local visionaries access to global resources. We do this by connecting local partners to the resources of the private sector, enabling local organizations to best serve their communities whilst allowing the private sector to invest in sustainable CSR activities. Our work spans the areas of education, healthcare, and gender equality. Everything we do at Aid Pioneers is based on the belief that impact is created most sustainably by putting local changemakers in the driver's seat and that international collaboration is the only answer to global issues

**Position Overview**

**Your role**
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with Aid Pioneers' mission, goals, and financial needs.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure alignment of fundraising efforts with organizational priorities and programmatic needs.
- Build and lead a team of fundraising volunteers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, foundations, and other potential funding sources to maximize financial contributions and support.
- Oversee the donor journey as well as management and utilization of donor databases and fundraising tools to streamline processes, enhance donor stewardship, and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to assess fundraising performance, track progress towards goals, and optimize fundraising strategies for maximum impact.
- Work closely with marketing to plan and execute innovative fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to engage donors and raise awareness about Aid Pioneers' impactful work.

**Your profile**
- You have a track record of having successfully raised funds for charitable causes.
- You work proactively and independently - we appreciate a self-starter attitude
- You demonstrated success in designing and implementing fundraising strategies, cultivating donor relationships, and achieving fundraising goals within the nonprofit sector.
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
- You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You have proficiency in donor management systems, fundraising software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken English (required) and German (ideal), other languages are an advantage.
