Fundraising Internship – AI Bonding

Location: Berlin – Neukölln | On-site 3 days/week

Duration: 3 months full time (mandatory internship part of the requirement of your studies)

Focus: German & European markets, with US connections | Seed to Series A tech & AI companies

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated
Fundraising Intern
to join our team in Berlin. This internship is designed to provide deep exposure to the venture fundraising ecosystem, investor relations, and business development in tech and AI. You will work closely with our leadership team, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge about the industry, with the possibility to join AI Bonding as a full-time employee after completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential investors in Germany, Europe, and the US.
  • Support preparation of investor materials, pitch decks, and financial models.
  • Maintain and update investor databases and CRM tools.
  • Conduct market research on funding trends, AI startups, and early-stage tech companies.
  • Help coordinate investor meetings, follow-ups, and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising strategies with company growth goals.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field and in the need to complete a mandatory internship of 3 months in Germany.
  • Strong interest in venture capital, tech startups, AI, and fundraising.
  • Fluency in English and German; other European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of venture funding stages, financial modeling, or investor relations is a plus.
