**About The Role**

As part of a team of over 70+ talented designers, the Website Brand Designer will take part in the creation of intuitive, consistent and impactful experience for all of our 700k monthly website visitors.

The Website Brand designer is the guardian of Qonto’s brand image, Design System and success metrics. You will propose layouts and assets that combine our design guidelines with optimization and conversion goals, enabling you to extract learnings with our high-performance analytics tools.

By blending mastery of UI/UX practices and delightful asset design your playground will be responsive (mobile first off course ), multicultural (over 4 different markets ), and joining cohesive team players (from Growth Engineers to Conversion & SEO team ).

**What you’ll be doing**

**Deliver intuitive and scalable design**, focus on usability and experience, by keeping in mind our users interests to come up with user-centric design solutions.

**Give life to the brand,** define and deliver high quality pages & visual assets, by conveying seamless experience from ads to the app, from discovery to delivery.

**Guard and upgrade the system,** by participating in the conception and enrichment of our Design System.

**Continuous improvement** by working closely with Growth & marketing team to extract learnings through regular A/B & test performance analyses and deploy an action plan.

**Grow and evolve,** as you will engage with your peers on a daily basis by taking part in design challenge, work closely with various functions and be coached by your Manager (Roukaya) to keep growing your skills and talents on the field.

**About your future director**

Mathieu, our Design Director.

**His path ? **Worked for different industries and companies : advertisements, start-up, and CAC 40 firms, developing skills in creating business impact, brand scaling, sharing knowledge and transforming brand organization. Now, he is leading a growing team of 70 people at Qonto with the help of his managers Roukaya, Carla, Julien, Mélanie....

**What he can bring to the team ? **Upon joining Qonto, Mathieu created a real collaborative team from scratch making the Design team going from 6 people to 70 within the past 2 years. His scope comprises Brand Design, Product Design, UX Writing & Design System for all the branches of Qonto (FR,IT, DE, ES). He will be the perfect manager to help you grow in your understanding of UX Writing, Brand Design, Design System & Management.

**About you**

**Strong digital design skills**: You have 4+ years of experience in Web-design & UI/UX fields, developed experience designing for web as well as illustration skills and motion.

**Excellent analytical skills**: You are data-driven and know how to have creative ideas based on data insights

**Sense of ownership**: You successfully lead your projects and share your approach and expertise, to continuously improve the team’s work.

**Great team player**: You love solving problems with your teammates and working closely with other functions such as growth & design, local markets, and sales

**Languages**: You are fluent in English to engage with all international team members wit
