You will play a key role in creating impactful design solutions that resonate with our customers - from initial concept to final design. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Create brand designs that align with our identity and bring your ideas from sketch to final project.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product development to ensure our look & feel is consistent and strong across all digital products and platforms.
- Enhance the user experience on our website with smart UI solutions that users will love.
- Create engaging visual content for social media, presentations, and reports that authentically convey our nature story and mission.
- Maintain our visual style across all channels, whether it's on social media, newsletters, presentations, or the website, ensuring everything is on point.
- Produce a diverse range of digital assets - from social media posts and newsletters to infographics and more.
- Support the team with video and photo editing tasks.
- Optimize our design processes and bring fresh ideas to make the brand even cooler and more unique, both internally and externally.

**What we are looking for**:
- Strong communication skills in both English and German
- 3+ years of experience in brand design, including work on digital touchpoints
- Proficiency with the design tools Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Understanding of visual storytelling and UI design best practices.
- Ability to work independently while being an enthusiastic team collaborator.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Understanding or willingness to learn AI design tools, such as Midjourney.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
