**Rollenbeschreibung**:
Da sich die jetzige Stelleninhaberin intern verändern möchte, suchen wir Sie an einem unserer Standorte in Deutschland - vorzugsweise in Berlin, Darmstadt, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hannover, Köln, München oder Stuttgart als People Services Director Germany (w/m/d).

**Rollenverantwortungen**:

- Hauptverantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung effizienter People Services in Deutschland und für die Verbesserung der Employee Experience (vierteljährlich gemessener eNPS)
- Hauptansprechpartner*in für alle internen und externen Personalangelegenheiten (inkl. Betriebsrat, Compliance, Behörden)
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines ca. 20-köpfigen People Teams bestehend aus People Services, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Business Partners und Labor Relations
- Umsetzung der „People First“ Agenda in der gesamten Organisation

**Country People Function Management**
- Umsetzung von globalen People Strategien und Initiativen (z.B. Mitarbeiterbefragungen, Compensation and Benefits, Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Karrierepfade, Gehaltsbänder, Diversity & Belonging) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den People Business Partnern und den Center of Excellence (Kompetenzzentren) Partnern zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit als auch eines einheitlichen Auftretens der People Funktionen im globalen Arcadis Konzern
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von lokalen People Strategien und Initiativen (z.B. Maßnahmen zur Personalgewinnung, Hochschulmarketing, Employee Branding, Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen People Team

**People Services Delivery and Transformation**
- Koordinierung sowie Sicherstellung der Implementierung von globalen Prozessen und Verfahren unter Berücksichtigung des deutschen Arbeitsrechts
- Definition von Rollen, Zuständigkeiten, Eskalationspunkten und Arbeitsabläufen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen People Services Director

**Employee and Labour Relations**
- Gewährleistung der Einhaltung aller arbeitsrechtlichen und datenschutzrechtlichen Bestimmungen durch effiziente Führung und Anleitung des lokalen People Teams
- Verhandlung aller notwendigen Betriebsvereinbarungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Labor Relations Specialist

**Shared Services**
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Shared Services Leitern zur Entwicklung und Einführung einer gemeinsamen Personalstrategie, welche im Einklang mit unserem globalen Betriebsmodel ist

**Technology**
- Förderung der Implementierung von digitalen Personaldienstleitungen (Self Services)

**Qualifikationen & Erfahrung**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts-, Sozial
- bzw. Geisteswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer personalbezogenen Funktion und Themen, wie z. B. Mitarbeiter*innen und Arbeitnehmer*innenbeziehungen, Change-Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Vergütung, Sozialleistungen
- Vertiefte und nachweisbare Kenntnisse in der Personalführung
- Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld mit einer Matrix Organisation
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen Personalsystemen
- Souveränes Auftreten in Verbindung mit einer eigenverantwortlichen und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise sowie einem hervorragenden Management der verschiedenen Interessentengruppen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden zwingend vorausgesetzt
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Beratungs-, Coaching
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
