**Role & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and support the appointed MLRO with money laundering prevention activities for the German market
- Create and revise compliance concepts in cooperation with the internal legal function and external consultants
- Draft new, and update existing compliance policies to always be relevant
- Update instructions for employees and franchise partners to ensure compliance with relevant legal framework
- Ensure employees are duly informed and educated on the latest regulations and processes
- Support in preparation and coordination of audits within the scope of existing licenses
- Perform Due Diligence on franchisee partners both in Austria and Germany
- Advise management on the Company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports
**Education, Experience & Skills**
- Degree in law, finance, business administration or similar
- Professional certification e.g. CCEP, CRCM, or equivalent thereof
- Professional proficiency in German and English, written and spoken
- Experience in risk management
- Knowledge of legal requirements (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering)
- **Experience of working with regulatory compliance within the igaming industry for Germany & Austria within the past 12 months**
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Integrity and professional ethics beyond reproach
- Keen eye for detail
- Committed to building a career within regulatory compliance
