The Opportunity:
Together with an experienced colleague, you will be responsible for all matters relating to regulation and compliance.

You will manage controls, audits, and certification processes and ensure that our written rules and regulations are up to date and are actually followed in everyday work.

What You'll Do:

• Further development and optimization of our regulatory and compliance processes
• Maintenance and expansion of the Written Fixed Order (SFO)
• Assumption of the roles of risk manager (approx. 30%) and outsourcing manager (approx. 20%)
• Supporting internal controls to maintain the ICS certificate
• Collaborating in the project team for ISO 27001 certification
• Analyzing regulatory requirements and coordinating measures
• Organizing and supporting compliance audits
• Evaluating audit results and deriving & implementing specific recommendations for action

What You Bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in compliance, ideally in financial services or IT
• Knowledge of relevant regulations: BAIT, MaRisk, DORA
• Experience in project management and enjoyment of teamwork
• Confident use of MS Office and JIRA in German and English
• Advantages:
• Degree in IT, business administration, law, or comparable qualification
• Experience in compliance audits, regulatory/compliance software, outsourcing management, or ISO certifications
• Experience in the banking environment or information security management
