**Wir suchen**

CAPELLI SPORT sucht einen Assistant Sales Operation (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Vertriebsteams in Deutschland und am Standort in Ratingen.

Du wirst Teil eines Sales-Operations-Teams, das für die Optimierung der Vertriebsprozesse, die Erstellung von Vertriebsstatistiken und die Koordination von internen und externen Vertriebsaktivitäten verantwortlich ist. In dieser Funktion bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Marketing, Logistik und Finanzen. Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Sales Manager und unterstützt sie bei der Angebotserstellung, Auftragsabwicklung und Kundenbetreuung.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du bist erste/r Ansprechpartner/in und die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen uns und unserem Vertriebsteam
- Du erstellst und pflegst Vertriebsstatistiken, Reports und Präsentationen
- Du koordinierst und organisierst interne und externe Vertriebsmeetings, Events und Schulungen
- Du unterstützt die Sales Manager bei der Angebotserstellung, Auftragsabwicklung und Kundenbetreuung
- Du übernimmst administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben

**Dein Profil**
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen im Vertrieb oder Kundenservice sammeln können Erfahrungen mit Sportvereinen wären von Vorteil
- Du bist sehr sicher im Umgang mit den Microsoft Office Programmen
- Du hast eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten
- Du überzeugst mit deiner gewissenhaften und verantwortungsvollen Arbeit
- Deine Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind fließend
- Du hast ein motiviertes und aufgeschlossenes Wesen
