**The Team** - your impact

As the Chief of Staff - Project Services (f/m/d) you will drive the strategic direction and operational development of the Project Services practice of our technology in-house consulting, Expert Services.

**Your Role** - meaningful & rewarding
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the practice leadership team, ensuring alignment of practice goals and objectives with overall company strategy
- Lead regular practice and leadership exchange rounds (i.e. All hands calls, LT offsites, Problem Solving Sessions) and ensure the follow-up actions are executed
- Support the practice leadership with the development and implementation of practice processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Develop and execute marketing and communications plans to promote the parctice's services to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholder to position the practice and drive content discussions
- Identify areas for practice development within the practice and work with leadership to implement necessary changes
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives, as needed

**Your Profile** - authentic & open-minded
- You have a university degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- You have several years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm working in digital technology or have gained substantial experience in the industry
- You have a technology knowledge and functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: Business Transformation, Change Management, Digital Service & Platform Development, Rollout & Industrialization
- You have excellent communication and leadership skills paired with deep organization and planning skills
- Ideally, you have knowledge of the energy sector and the grid business
- You haven fluent English and German language skills in spoken and written
