Here, you will make an impact by:
- _ Handling customer transactions related to order management, inquiries, quality claims and _other related policies and procedures._
- _ Maintaining relationships with Premium Accounts and understanding their product and service needs._
- _ Preparing service performance reports, _participates in customer meetings to identify _opportunities for improvement._
- _ Analyzing service processes and improving cycle time and on-time delivery, _ensuring compliance with 3M terms and conditions._
- _ Coordinating product quality complaints with the Customer Issue Resolution Representative._
- Your Skills and Expertise-
- _ Successfully completed bachelor degree _or higher from an accredited institution_
- _ Fundamental professional experience in related field_
- _ English and German at minimum C1 level_
- Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include- _ Confident handling_ of ERP and CRM systems. (SAP and SalesForce desirable)_
- _ Knowledge of _any additional European languages will be an asset_
- _ Team player, persistent and results oriented, as well as good communication skills_
- _ Highly self-motivated, ability to work in culture of compliance_
