About the Role How you will contribute Administrative processing and handling of customer orders and special requests Order acceptance and order entry Quotation preparation Telephone scheduling of customer orders Compilation & provision of data for further processing in the warehouse/ disposition area Deadline monitoring of customer orders and feedback to the relevant departments and the customer Acceptance and processing of customer complaints  Billing for services rendered Creation of customer related KPI's Your Key Qualifications Completed training as a forwarding merchant or comparable training Practical experience in the commercial area of a forwarding agency is desirable Confident handling of MS-Office applications, focus on Excel  Fluent in written and spoken German Knowledge of English is an advantage You are a team player, have good communication skills, are reliable and stress resistant. You enjoy dealing with customers and technical systems You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, proactive work with high self-demand.
